Verictia is an MVP developed for the III Legaltech Challenge (ICAV + Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros). This information will be completed before any commercial operation of the service.

2. What data we collect and why

Through this Website's contact form, we collect the following data, only when you provide it voluntarily:

  • Name — to identify you and address you correctly.
  • Email — to be able to respond to your request.
  • Company/firm, role (optional) — to understand the context of your request.
  • Message — the content of your inquiry.

The purpose of this processing is solely to respond to your demo or information request about Verictia. We do not use this data for any other purpose, nor for automated decision-making.

We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes or perform user profiling. See our cookie policy to learn what technical information your browser stores when you visit the Website.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given by checking the box accepting this policy before submitting the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Retention period

Your data will be kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of any resulting business relationship. After that, it will be kept blocked for the legally required limitation periods and then deleted.

5. Recipients and data processors

Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. The contact form is processed through our own server (no third-party intermediaries); data is stored in the database of the hosting provider for the Website, which acts as a data processor under Article 28 GDPR.
